The company has been appointed by Telford & Wrekin Council to build a new 拢12m mixed-use development called Southwater One (SW1).
This includes 拢5.2m on a new town library, 拢2.2m on the council鈥檚 new 鈥楩irst Point鈥 and facilities, 拢1.3m on offices for a new Contact Centre, 拢2.3m on public realm improvements and 拢900,000 on a caf茅/restaurant. The building will also accommodate a tourist information centre and a range of voluntary organisations.
Morgan Sindall is also on site constructing a 拢6.5m multi-storey car park in the town centre to provide 600 parking spaces for the Southwater development.
