The four are Morgan Sindall/Lovell, Mansell, Thomas Vale and Willmott Dixon.
Morgan Sindall and Lovell will work on projects secured through the framework under the brand Community Solutions West Midlands.
The four-year framework, which has the potential to be extended to eight years, has an estimated value of 拢3bn and is available to all public sector bodies within the West Midlands region.
Morgan Sindall Group chief executive Paul Smith said: "This is a major framework and we are delighted that two of the group's divisions have secured positions on it.
