The Coventry contractor is building a new 27,500 sq ft building at the MIRA Technology Park, off the A5 near Hinckley.
The new building, already fully let, will provide offices and workshops for a range of vehicle manufacturers and tier-one automotive suppliers.
Deeley Construction will also carry out earthworks and create extensions to a feeder road. The work is expected to be completed in phases with final occupation by March next year.
This is the latest in a string of contract awards for Deeley at MIRA. The company is already working on a contract to build a laboratory testing facility which is in line for completion in September.
Deeley Construction is also building a 25,000 sq ft facility for Swedish vehicle technology company Haldex, which is scheduled for completion in October.
George Gillespie, CEO at MIRA Ltd said: 鈥淲e initially worked with Deeley Construction to build our iconic Control Centre, which launched in 2012, and so we鈥檙e delighted to continue the partnership with this local company as MIRA Technology Park moves into the next phase of its development.鈥
Deeley Construction managing director Martin Gallagher added: 鈥淚t is a great testament to us that we are now working on a number of separate contracts which have been secured through partnering with MIRA.聽 The development of the Technology Park is going to have a huge, positive impact on the region鈥檚 economy and we are delighted to be part of that.鈥
