The four-year contract runs until July 2020 and is expected to be worth up to 拢600m over the term.
Lead client authority is Hampshire County Council.
There are four lots and the McAvoy Group is the only company to win a place on all four.
Lot 1 includes standard single and double classrooms for short to medium term use that will be purchased or hired, with the framework suppliers providing a full turnkey installation solution, including services.
Lot 2 comprises bespoke modular accommodation types for the short- to medium-term use and will be designed to client briefs.
Lot 3 includes bespoke permanent modular buildings with a design lifespan in excess 60 years, such as school extensions and multi-storey accommodation blocks.聽 Values in this lot will range from 拢100,000 to 拢3m.
The fourth Lot has been specified as including bespoke permanent modular buildings valued at more than 拢3m+ with a design life in excess of 60 years.
Mini competitions will determine the outcome of each contract within the four lots.
