The contract is worth 拢7m a year and runs for 10 years.
Mitie will work with Golding Homes and its wholly owned subsidiary Golding Services to deliver gas maintenance, responsive repairs, void reinstatements and planned works.
Mitie said that the total value of the contract over the term could rise from 拢70m up to 拢120m if Golding Homes puts any additional work its way.
