The trust provides healthcare to a third of London's population and extends to Milton Keynes, Kent and Surrey.
Miller will deliver hard facilities management services across the extensive trust estate in collaboration with CNWL鈥檚 in-house estates team.
There is an option to extend the three-year term by a further two years.
CNWL head of estates Brian Harthill said: 鈥淭he new contract will deliver an improved and more comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance service for the trust.
