Jeremy Bowley joins as procurement director and Nick Salt joins from Morgan Sindall as director of rail.
Mr Bowley joins Miller from procurement consultancy business Procure4 Ltd where he was client solutions director, responsible for re-designing supply chains for a number of household names in retail, consumer goods and hospitality.
Mr Salt previously had responsibility for Morgan Sindall鈥檚 rail sector and has 20 years鈥� of rail experience.
