Paignton鈥檚 Park Hotel was bought by Singapore investor The Fragrance Group in December 2017. Within months plans were revealed to demolish the old 46-bed hotel and build a new 161-bed hotel in its place.
With site clearance completed, Midas moves onto site in July to start a 拢14m construction contract to build the new hotel, designed by Torquay-based Kay Elliott Architects
