The 拢35m scheme will turn two former warehouses into six- and eight-storey residential buildings housing 149 flats specifically for rent.
Farrier House is one of Essential Living鈥檚 first eight schemes across London and the South East, where it plans to deliver 5,000 homes for rent. It bought the site on the corner of Cambridge Heath Road and Three Colts Lane for 拢14m in May 2013 from Albany Homes.

The quality of the build is business critical as our number one priority will be to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure residents stay in our homes for as long as possible.
