Property and construction consultancy McBains Cooper will advise the government agency on the public-private partnership (PPP) framework in collaboration with Colombian law firm Dur谩n & Osorio.
The winning team, Uni贸n Temporal McBains-Dur谩n & Osorio, beat a pool of British, Spanish and Colombian bidders, including Deloitte, Epypsa, Garrigues and Pronus.

The feasibility studies are expected to come to a close as soon as November this year.
