The centre will be constructed over three floors, with each floor containing multiple office units to accommodate new and developing local businesses. Built to BREEAM 鈥淰ery Good鈥� standards the building will be of steel framed construction with suspended solar shadings and walkways and will employ rainwater harvesting.聽 聽
Work has recently started on site and will complete in May 2011.
