The former Dashwood School building will be converted and refurbished to provide ten new houses, two flats and one bungalow. A modern three-storey linked building will also provide six apartments.
Members of the team will visit the new Dashwood School to encourage pupils to learn about health and safety and a career in construction.
This is the second contract Mansell has been awarded by Paradigm Housing Group.
Work has commenced on site and will complete in July 2012.聽
