The project will include demolition of all of the existing buildings on the site with the exception of the front fa莽ade of one of the properties which will be protected and maintained.聽 26 self-contained bedsits, with associated staff flat, communal and training facilities will be constructed.
Demolition work is due to begin in July, with construction starting in August and completing in 2012.聽
