Head of innovation is a newly created role and will see Tom Gent work across Mace鈥檚 construction business to improve construction delivery, such as through the greater use of prefabrication. He will also work closely with our clients to unlock more efficient ways of working through innovative practices. Gent joins Mace from Laing O鈥橰ourke, where he was the architectural leader for the company鈥檚 engineering excellence group.
Head of BIM Jon Harris joins Mace from Sisk Construction Group. He will be developing Mace鈥檚 BIM strategy, as well as looking at ways to drive improvements across the business.
