Mr Palczynski was previously with Balfour Beatty鈥檚 engineering consultancy Parsons Brinckerhoff for five years and before that he worked for Bechtel for 10 years. He has worked on some major UK infrastructure projects, including the Jubilee Line Extension, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the West Coast Route Modernisation Project.
He is also a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
