Firstly M Lambe Construction has a 拢12.9m groundworks contract on the 拢360m Spirit Quarters housing redevelopment scheme in northeast Coventry, where more than 3,300 new homes are being built.
The scope of the works includes the formation of foundation bases for 356 new homes and two apartment blocks, as well as infrastructure, including roads and sewers.
The second contract, at The Willows in Dudley, is worth 拢5.07m and includes construction of raft foundations for 130 plots, as well as roads, sewers, footpaths and a balancing pond.
