Based in Suffolk, IWJS turns over more than 拢30m a year from cleaning and patching sewers and made a pre-tax profit of 拢650,000 last year. Under M Group ownership it will retain its brand identity and continue to operate as a standalone business within the group, alongside Morrison Utility Services and PMP Utilities, among others.
It is M Group Services鈥� sixth acquisition in just over two years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
