The 拢772,000 development at Cuiken Terrace will create eight two-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom flats, built in two blocks, which will all be for rent through the housing association.
Sustainable features include solar-powered hot water systems and enhanced insulation, enabling homes to achieve a 15 per cent reduction in carbon dioxide emissions against current Building Regulations. The development is set to be completed in March 2011.
