In Salford, Lovell has been appointed to City West Housing Trust鈥檚 contractor framework. The company will be eligible to carry out internal and external improvement work with City West which is set to invest more than 拢100m to improve its properties over the next four years through kitchen and bathroom replacements and rewiring, roofing work, environmental improvements and the refurbishment of high- and low-rise apartment blocks. The not-for-profit organisation owns 14,600 homes in West Salford.
In Liverpool, Lovell has been appointed to the framework agreement established by Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) to deliver 拢25m of refurbishment work to its properties over the next four years.
The company has also been selected to work on social landlord Cartrefi Conwy鈥檚 four-year contractors鈥 framework for its properties in Conwy County, North Wales. Lovell will be eligible to carry out work worth up to 拢8m for Cartrefi Conwy, including building new homes and refurbishing properties.
