Work is under way on the Kenyon Gateway scheme, which is designed by John McCall Architects and supported by funding from the Homes & Communities Agency. The new housing is designed to meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Lovell was awarded the contract following a competitive tendering process through City West Housing Trust鈥檚 development framework. It is the contractor鈥檚 first job for this client.
