This follows the delivery of a management and marketing suite in East Village, part of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Longcross has recently started onsite at a further project for the joint venture between Qatari Diar and Delancey. This is a mixed-use amenity retail development, which consists of two temporary retail buildings – a café building to the north of the plot and a two-storey bar/convenience store to the south.
The purpose of the development is to provide the existing residential buildings, which were used for the 2012 Olympics and are ready for occupation, with a range of facilities until future developments on the site are complete, including more permanent facilities.
The project will take 16 weeks and is valued at approximately £3.5m.
