The care home is being built聽on the site of the former Herne Bay Golf Club and will be operated by Barchester Healthcare. The facility will provide residential and dementia care for those aged over 65 years.
Canterbury City Council approved the planning application from LNT Care Developments on 16th March 2017.聽
Construction is expected to be complete by May 2018.聽
Leeds-based LNT Care Developments, part of Lawrence Tomlinson鈥檚 LNT Group, has built more than 100 care homes since 2000.
