The Leighton team will develop Ten BKC, a 2ha development of 40 apartment blocks within Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. Leighton鈥檚 revenue for the Ten BKC project will be AU$140m (拢86m).

The scope of work includes delivery of structures, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, fa莽ade, finishes and external works over a period of 34 months.
Works is targeted for June 2019.
