The project, which is for the Lulu Group, occupies a construction area of approximately 69,000m2. The 250-bedroom hotel will include restaurants and leisure facilities as well as more than 5,600m2of meeting and event space.
Construction will start this month for completion by July 2015.
This is Leighton India鈥檚 second project in Kochi after the Tritvam residential project currently being carried out for Tata. It represents Leighton鈥檚 first significant involvement with the Lulu Group.
