Early works designs for the 3,500-bed Howard Springs Accommodation Village (HSAV) project were carried out in late 2011 and construction work is scheduled to begin late this month with staged completions over two years. The final stage is due for completion in 2014.
Laing O鈥橰ourke was awarded the contract by the EPC contractor JKC Australia LNG.
