The negotiated contract follows on from ISG鈥檚 fit-out of KPMG offices in London鈥檚 Canary Wharf and in Manchester in recent years.
KPMG has taken the entire One Sovereign Square office building in Leeds city centre. ISG will deliver high-specification accommodation across four floors 鈥� totalling around 60,000 sq ft of space. The fit-out includes a chilled beam cooling system, LED lighting and an advanced building management system.
