Lee will be helping to establish Kier Living鈥檚 housing offering in Wales.聽He brings a wealth of experience with him, having worked on many housing projects in Wales including the award-wining affordable housing development for Wales & West Housing Association in St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Commenting on his appointment, Lee said: 鈥淜ier Living is a fast growing part of the Kier business and I am really looking forward to working with the team and focusing my energies on developing much-needed housing projects in Wales.鈥�
Lee has over 24 years鈥� experience in the industry and for the last 10 has concentrated on housing developments including open market sale, regeneration, multi-storey and mixed tenure projects.聽He has also has won five Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and ensuring good relationships are developed and maintained.
