The scheme comprises 143 high quality聽one, two, three聽and four-bed residential units (including 29 Registered Social Landlord units) over eight floors. The building also includes commercial units at street level and聽37 basement parking spaces.
Arthouse is located on York Way, beside the Regent鈥檚 Canal, and聽will be part of the聽brand new postcode, London N1C.
The project will start on site in October 2011 and聽be completed in the final quarter of 2013.
This project follows on from the completion of the聽T1 Energy Centre by Kier at the聽King鈥檚 Cross development and will run concurrently with other projects presently being undertaken by Kier at the development site.
King鈥檚 Cross is being developed by the King's Cross Central Limited Partnership, which brings together Argent Group, London & Continental Railways and DHL Supply Chain.
