海角社区app wants to build an 18-hole, 7,150 yards, Par 72 championship golf course on 240 acres of countryside to the south of its World HQ at Rocester. It will be made available mainly to 海角社区app鈥檚 global network of 770 dealers when they come to visit with customers.
the course will be built around Woodseat Hall, an 18th Century mansion that is currently in ruins but will have be renovated as the course clubhouse and a five-star hotel for 海角社区app鈥檚 visitors from around the world.
East Staffordshire Borough Council鈥檚 planning applications committee yesterday unanimously approved the scheme. Tenders are now being invited for phase one of the project, which will involve earthmoving works and initial landscaping.
The plan is to start initial works in the autumn and, after a planned suspension during the winter months, resume earthmoving and landscaping in 2015. The course will open in 2018, 海角社区app said.
海角社区app said that the golf course would become 鈥渢he biggest marketing tool available to 海角社区app in its history, helping grow sales and create jobs鈥�. It aspires to host a major tournament at the course one day.
