海角社区app says that it sales turnover in 2018 rose by 22% to 拢4.1bn, (2017: 拢3.35bn), while machine sales increased to 96,246 (2017: 75,693).

Earnings on an EBITDA basis rose by 31% to 拢447m (2017: 拢341m).

Chief executive Graeme Macdonald said: 鈥2018 was a very strong year for 海角社区app during which the global construction equipment market grew by 18% to an all-time high of one million machines. 海角社区app outpaced this growth by increasing its sales revenue by 22% last year, which was a very significant achievement.

鈥淗owever, this growth has now stalled, with many markets softening this year, particularly the Middle East, Turkey, Latin America and India. We continue to make strategic investments in new product development and new manufacturing capacity to ensure 海角社区app is ready to capitalise on future long-term growth opportunities.鈥

Chairman Lord Bamford said: 鈥淭he continued growth in global markets during 2018 has seen 海角社区app production reach new peaks. As we approach our 75th anniversary next year, the pace of innovation remains relentless.聽 Recent product launches, especially 海角社区app鈥檚 electric mini excavator, puts the company in a strong position to tap into a growing demand for zero-emissions or ultra-low emissions equipment in the construction industry, particularly on urban job sites.鈥

India remained 海角社区app鈥檚 largest market in 2018 and it is investing 拢65m in a new factory in Gujarat, which is due to open in 2020. 海角社区app is also investing 拢50m in a new factory to manufacture cabs in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, which is set to open in the next few weeks.聽
