Jacob鈥檚 role is to help generate revenue through rental income, capital appreciation and capital receipts. Jacobs will provide asset valuations, acquisitions, disposals and investment reports; and rent reviews, leases and associated support. Jacobs will also advise on regeneration proposals and property management strategies.
The five-year term has an option for a two-year extension.
