ISG will upgrade QBE鈥檚 existing first and second floor office space at the 16-storey Plantation Place building at 30 Fenchurch Street. By reconfiguring the 100,000 sq ft space, ISG will increase capacity without extending the original floorplates, enabling QBE to relocate staff from around the capital to its UK headquarters.
QBE, an Australian insurance firm, will remain in occupation throughout the project. The first phases involve the strip-out and fit-out of the second floor space and an upgrade of the mechanical and electrical services infrastructure.
On completion, staff will vacate the first floor and ISG will deliver the final phase of the scheme, stripping out the existing accommodation and providing modern open plan office space.

Plantation Place was built in 2004 and designed for British Land by Arup Associates.
