It is ISG鈥檚 first new-build project for Quantum Care, following completion of three care home extension projects in Hertfordshire last year.
The new 38,750 sq ft three-storey home is being built in the centre of Dunstable on an old industrial estate site. It will provide accommodation and facilities for up to 75 residents.
