The contractor has secured a coveted place on Suffolk County Council鈥檚 Property Construction Framework, whilst also making it onto the list for the Repair, Adaption, Refurbishment and Extension of Buildings framework with Hertfordshire County Council.
The Suffolk capital project framework has been established as part of the Council鈥檚 commitment to building a sustainable environment for future generations, and its ambitions to create a Single Public Sector Estate in the county with high quality, flexible, multi-occupancy buildings. ISG Jackson鈥檚 appointment to the 拢1 million to 拢10 million project value band will see the contractor engaged across a range of major projects for the Council including refurbishments, remodelling, extensions and new build schemes.
ISG Jackson鈥檚 appointment to Hertfordshire County Council鈥檚 property framework extends across a total of 1,942 buildings with a cumulative value of 拢2.32 billion within the county. The four year deal encompasses a wide range of planned maintenance, refurbishment and extension activities across the Council鈥檚 property portfolio.
These latest successes join a growing list of framework appointments that ISG Jackson has secured with both public sector and commercial clients. Framework partners within the housing sector include Swan Housing Association, Flagship Housing and Genesis Housing Association, with other clients including WM Morrison Supermarkets and Addenbrookes Hospital.
Ian Gifford, regional director of ISG Jackson, commented: "A large number of organisations continue to recognise the benefits of a partnering approach that encourages transparency, maximises efficiencies and adds value at every stage of the construction process. Forging strong, long lasting relationships based on trust and performance are central to the success of frameworks and I鈥檓 delighted that ISG Jackson has once again proved its credentials with such high profile clients.鈥
