The president of the Investment Support & Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT), Ilker Ayci, claimed that the work is estimated to create a market of about US$500bn (拢320bn) within the next decade.
Turkey鈥檚 urban transformation is the centre of attention for the world鈥檚 leading construction companies, Ayci said. He added that the Agency was getting increasing numbers of enquiries from foreign builders seeking cooperation with Turkey鈥檚 Housing Development Administration (TOKI) and its subsidiary Emlak Konut.
