The contract will generate revenue of approximately AU$70.4m (拢42.6m) for Leighton Asia.

The construct-only contract includes the delivery of civil and structural works; mechanical, electrical and plumbing services; and fa莽ade and external works. The retail store and warehouse building will be built across a 5.2ha site with a total built-up area of approximately 40,000m2 plus parking.
The Ikea retail outlet will have five floors, including two basement levels for parking and three levels for a market hall, warehouse, showroom, restaurant and home delivery area, as well as a play area and day-care centre for children.
Construction is targeted for completin early next year.
