IHP is a joint venture between Sir Robert McAlpine and Vinci Construction UK.
The 拢17m development will include an acute medical unit, surgical assessment unit, and two operating theatres.
The contract, scheduled to be completed in March 2016, was awarded under the ProCure 21+ framework.
