The partner must be able to offer Green Deal finance/loans, provide ECO funding for projects and deliver works either as prime contractor or through a subcontractor.
Estimated value of the work to be carried out is in the region of 拢20m to 拢60m.
Bidders have until 7 August to register their interest.
