The company, which has its head office in Farnworth, Bolton, has been selected to build a 拢6.6m development of 60 houses and 10 bungalows 鈥 all for affordable rent 鈥 at Waggon Road, Winchester Way and Mobberley Road in the Breightmet area of the town.
The development is set to be finished in autumn 2014.
In addition, Seddon is building a second scheme for Great Places 鈥 a 拢4m development of 44 new houses also for affordable rent, at Milnthorpe Road in Breightmet. This is set to be completed in spring 2014.
Both schemes are designed by the Paddock Johnson Partnership architectural practice.
