The US$900m (拢624m) mixed-use development will feature 4,200 residential units, a 5,000m2 shopping mall, 104,600m2 of commercial office space, public parks, plazas and a waterfront promenade. Hill鈥檚 contract, which is with an affiliate of Wessal Capital, involves provision of project management services for the first phase of the scheme.
"The Wessal Bouregreg development will provide important residential, commercial and cultural amenities to Rabat," said Waleed Abdel-Fattah, senior vice president and managing director (Africa) for Hill's Project Management Group.
