The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) has awarded it two contracts with a combined combined estimated value to Hill of approximately SAR22.5m (拢3.8m).
The SAR1bn (拢169m) Living Communities Program is designed to support the industrial cities of Saudi Arabia. The first phase will include residential communities supporting the cities of Jeddah, Dammam, Sudair, Al Kharj, Madinah and Hail.
