While the Binnie-McKenzie Partnership name will be retained, the firm will relocate from its Sauchiehall Street premises to Hardies鈥� St Vincent Street office in Glasgow city centre.
Under the terms of the deal, Stewart Binnie-McKenzie becomes a partner of Hardies; Binnie-McKenzie director Gary Skene will lead Hardies鈥� quantity surveying team in Glasgow and the west of Scotland.
The addition of Binnie-McKenzie鈥檚 拢500,000 fee income takes Hardies鈥� annual revenues to 拢25m.
Hardies鈥� acquisition of Binnie-McKenzie comes 18 months after it merged with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
