The new Dorset highways agreement starts on 1st April 2017 and has a potential duration of 10 years and a total value of more than 拢100m.
Hanson has worked as the main supply contractor for Dorset Highways since 2002, laying more than a million tonnes of asphalt and delivering projects including the Olympic transport package in Weymouth, Swanage recycling centre and most recently the A338 Bournemouth spur road upgrade.
Andrew Martin, Dorset鈥檚 service director for highways and emergency planning, said:
