Estimated total value of work to be let through the framework during its four-year 聽term is between 拢112m and 拢240m.
The minor works framework is divided into five lots:
- Lot 1 (building works, valued between 拢1 and 拢250,000);聽聽聽聽聽聽聽
- Lot 2 (building works, valued between 拢250,000 and 拢1m);
- Lot 3 (building recladding, valued between 拢1m and 拢2m);
- Lot 4 (doors and windows, valued between 拢1 and 拢500,000);
- Lot 5 (roofing works, valued between 拢1 and 拢250,000).
