HLG, operating as Leighton Middle East Contracting, will build the five-star, 112-key luxury hotel, which includes a main building and seven clusters of one- and two-bedroom villas as well as facilities such as a gym and business centre.
Bandar Jissah, where the project is located, is a coastal town between the Hajjar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman, 11km southeast of Muscat and 40km from Seeb International Airport. The hotel opens onto a private bay.
HLG had already built another hotel for the same client in the same resort.
Project works are expected to begin immediately, with completion scheduled in April 2017.
