FGF, a family-run business based in Birmingham, has four operating centres in the UK.聽 The founder鈥檚 grandson Matt Taylor, who has worked for FGF since 1997, has been appointed managing director to run the business for the new owners on a day-to-day basis.
Go Interiors was founded in 2001 by John O鈥橪eary and Gerard Abbott-Drake.
The combined group expects to turn over more than 拢60m and employs more than 160 people nationwide.

For the year to 30th April 2016 FGF made a pre-tax profit of 拢1.1m on turnover of 拢24.4m.
Go Interiors showed a profit of close to 拢1m in the year to 30th June 2016 on turnover of 拢34.5m.
