The project also involves building a public transport interchange and five footbridges.聽 Completion is scheduled for 2018.
The developer is Chinachem Group and Gammon鈥檚 client is TW5 Cityside Property Development.
Gammon is a 50:50 joint venture between Jardine Matheson and Balfour Beatty.
Balfour Beatty group chief executive Leo Quinn said: 鈥淭his project reflects the continuous growth in the residential market across Hong Kong.
