The judge could not accept that the arrangements between the claimant and NWM were what it called 'management arrangements'. The documents which they had exchanged in October 2003 were evidence of the subcontract arrangements between them. The judge was satisfied that NWM became the domestic subcontractor when the contract was varied to include Wicona windows.聽
