Triosgroup, which turned over 拢61m last year, will become part of Spie UK鈥檚 technical facility management division. The acquisition grows Spie鈥檚 presence in the retail and leisure markets.
Triosgroup employs approximately 690 people spread across five regional offices in Birmingham, Enfield, Cirencester, Basingstoke and Warrington.
