Innovar茅, a subsidiary of construction group Osborne, is restructuring material flow on the production line during a factory shut-down this week. The company says that simply by introducing these efficiency improvements it is able to double output of its SIPs.
Head of operations Simon Fletcher said: "We are always looking for ways to improve our efficiency and maximise our capacity, so that we can provide the best value and speed of build for our customers and achieve our promise of Complete Delivery. This will also allow us to take on larger and more ambitious projects. We can be even more flexible on the other 鈥榓dded value鈥� elements that we can offer bespoke to our customers.鈥�
